- Responsible for creating web application tools and reports that help LOB production support teams with their day to day support activities.
- Quartz SME: provided KT & best practices to LOB application support teams.
- Collaborated with infrastructure teams to identify weekend maintenance activities that may impact applications within the GRT & RCIT ORGs.
- Developed web applications utilizing Python and ExtJS. Helped build a centralized web portal housing all support-related reports and tools.
- Wrote Python modules to capture exception reports, caching results to object-oriented DB (SANDRA).
- Designed POC and developed user-friendly UIs connected to SANDRA DB for historical trend tracking.
- Developed a real-time dashboard for senior management to track violations/exceptions by LOB & technology executive.
- Developed a real-time release management tool to prevent untested code from reaching production.
- Responsible for provisioning role-based access across GRT & RCIT.
- Online documentation delivered in Sphinx for all reports, best practices and remediation procedures.
